Cries / Vollèges is a quiet and sunny village at 950m , allowing you to have a quiet evening after skiing in Verbier. Cries is located :

      - 5 minutes from the cable car leading directly from Le Chable
        (free parking) to the slopes of Verbier;
      - à 15 min de Martigny et son musée Gianadda;
      - 1h30 minutes from Geneva airport:
      - 1 hour from Chamonix and Evian (France);
      - 1 hour of the Aosta Valley (Italy).

We are surrounded by nice villages: Verbier, Chablis, Sarreyer, Bruson, Orsières, Champex, Martigny, Sembrancher, Versegères, Médières.

You have to know that the situation of the chalet is in Cries : 5 minutes drive only from Le Chable (Bagnes) where you have free parking and can take the direct lift going up to the top of the slopes of Verbier. You stay in the lift when you arrive in Medran ( main starting point of Verbier ) and keep going in the same lift up to Les Ruinettes. You will get there faster than most of the people staying in Verbier.

In Verbier, due to heavy works in Medran, parking is difficult and expensive; In Le Chable ( Bagnes ) it is easy and freeer.

Ski area: Les 4 Vallées
With 410 km of runs and 89 lifts covered by a single lift pass, Les 4 Vallées ski area is seemingly infinite. Its wealth of activities, reliable snow cover and sun-kissed slopes make it an exceptional destination in more ways than one! Culminating at the top of the Mont-Fort glacier (3,330 m), the ski area is a paradise for all winter sports enthusiasts, whether expert or beginner.
